Professional designations that make a difference
TheFellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI)designation is recognized as the highest honour and most senior in the financial services industry. To receive this prestigious designation, I achieved the highest standards for advanced education, ethical conduct, relevant industry experience and solid endorsements from peers.
The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is internationally recognized in 17 countries and requires rigorous standards in education, experience, examinations and ethics. This designation has provided me with a sound knowledge of budgeting and savings, taxes, investments, insurance, retirement, and estate planning. As with the FCSI, I am required to meet ongoing competency and regulatory requirements to maintain the designation.
Certified Investment Management (CIM) graduates are in demand in Canada as private client wealth management advisors. The CIM designation enhances my ability to implement complex strategies and investment policies, evaluate portfolio performance, and better serve sophisticated financial clients.
My fourth professional designation is the Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designation. It provides me with a solid understanding of advanced wealth management concepts, techniques, and solutions required to serve affluent clients that demand sophisticated strategies.
