Ken joined Wood Gundy in 1981 and has taken a comprehensive approach to wealth management. His clients respect him as a trusted an honest advisor, who has their best interests at heart and strives to meet their individual needs.
Ken began his career with the completion of the Canadian Securities Course, with honours, in 1981, and the General Securities Exam. He has remained with Wood Gundy and its predecessors for over 40 years.
Ken and his wife Karin enjoy skiing, traveling and their grandchildren. Ken is an avid golfer - he has been a member of the Royal Mayfair Golf Club since 1983 and is a Past President.
Michael Hayward
Wealth Advisor
Michael joined Wood Gundy in 2021 to dedicate himself to helping families realize their long term financial goals. He brings a differentiated perspective to Hayward Investment Group's clients from his previous career as an investment banker.
Michael spent the previous 15 years with two independent investment banks, advising corporations on equity underwriting, mergers and acquisitions and debt restructuring. He obtained the CFA designation in 2010.
Michael and his wife Leah are parents to three boys, who are constantly active with skiing, baseball and other outdoor pursuits. He is thrilled to be working in a multi-generational business.
Randy Lewis
Financial Associate
Randy started in the investment industry in 1999 and has worked with the Hayward Investment Group since 2004. He provides a high level of service in all aspects of wealth advisory to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Randy has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing, Wealth Management Essentials, and Professional Financial Planning courses.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys camping and hiking in the Rocky Mountains with his family.
Samantha Hall, B.Comm.
Financial Associate
Samantha graduated from the University of Alberta in 2014 with a Bilingual Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance. She acts as a contact for administrative needs, ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
Samantha has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Handbook and the Wealth Management Essentials Course, allowing her to assist with securities trading.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time at her family's lake house and working on DIY projects.
