Heritage PortfoliosThe Heritage Portfolios were constructed and are maintained by Kerry Harty. They are designed to provide clients with a variety of investment options that will best suit their current and future needs. Within our five portfolios, clients can achieve investment goals ranging from capital growth to monthly income. 1. Heritage International Growth PortfolioThe primary objective of the Heritage International Growth Portfolio is to provide clients with a high level of growth in their portfolio. To accomplish this objective we use a disciplined approach to invest in top quality U.S. and Canadian companies that pass strenuous fundamental screens., This portfolio is designed to give maximum exposure to both domestic and global trends. 2. Heritage Growth PortfolioThe primary objective of the Heritage Growth Portfolio is to provide investors with growth in capital while minimizing volatility in the principal value. The portfolio will invest in a diversified selection of Canadian stocks and bonds. 3. Heritage Solid Growth PortfolioThe primary objective of the Heritage Solid Growth Portfolio is to provide clients with a combination of current income and growth. To accomplish this, the portfolio holds a large component in Canadian bonds and high dividend yielding companies while also investing in good quality U.S. and international companies. 4. Heritage Balanced PortfolioThe primary objective of the Heritage Balanced Growth Portfolio is to provide clients with a reasonable amount of growth in the portfolio while providing protection of capital. The portfolio has a large component invested in Canadian bonds with the reminder invested in "Blue Chip" Canadian and US equities. The portfolio focuses on investing in companies that have a history of growing their dividends. 5. Heritage Income PortfolioThe primary objective of the Heritage Income Portfolio is to provide clients with a high level of current income while protecting against erosion of the principal due to inflation. |
